About Us

With more than 25 years of collective experience in Revenue Cycle Management, StaffRCM brings deep, hands-on expertise in medical and behavioral health prior authorization, benefits verification, documentation standards, and payer operations. Our team has worked across the full spectrum of healthcare delivery — from payors to provider systems — giving us a uniquely balanced understanding of what is required to obtain timely approvals and accurate reimbursement.

Our background includes experience with major national and regional insurance payors, including Horizon BCBSNJ, UnitedHealthcare, and Molina Healthcare, where we supported eligibility review, authorization processing, data validation, member benefits clarification, and compliance with payer guidelines

 

We also gained invaluable operational insight supporting large hospital systems such as Nemours Children’s Health and Saint Barnabas Medical Center / Atlantic Health, through partnerships that strengthened our ability to understand how provider workflows, clinical teams, and billing departments intersect to manage patient care and revenue integrity.

By having served on both sides of the healthcare equation — payor and provider — our team understands the operational barriers and communication gaps that lead to delays, denials, and administrative burden. This dual vantage point allows us to deliver training and consulting solutions that are practical, realistic, and immediately applicable. Our experience building and improving workflows, training frontline staff, and designing scalable processes has proven to reduce authorization delays, accelerate billing resolution, and improve confidence among staff members supporting patient care
